Since opened in 2005, China Sea Milton has received bundles of awards, including the “Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence” from 2006 to 2009 four years in a row. Located on the ground floor of the Cosmo Hotel and Apartments building, the restaurant is easily accessible and provides outdoor dining and large parking space.  With a view of splendid riverside, the restaurant provides elegant décor in a laid back setting.
Featuring a large selection of Chinese food with an emphasis on authentic Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant offers customers bountiful and tasty choices, including Lemon Grass Chicken, Steamed Whole Fish, Crackling Roast Pork and Deep Fried Squid with Spicy Salt. The menu also incorporates Szechuan cuisine, and the Combination Chili Hot Pot is one of the crowd pleasers, and also a special treat for the chilling winter.

As a veteran restaurateur, Stanley Cheung has decades of experience under his belt, and has brought his knowledge and expertise to Park Road. He knows the knack to turning the restaurant into a successful one. The commonplace “atmosphere, food, service and cleanliness” rings loud in the restaurant industry. China Sea has excelled in all these aspect. To create an inviting atmosphere and provide friendly service, Cheung often trained staff to be more professional.
